As a logged-in customer I want to save the places I order to — with a label, arrival instructions and how I want it handed over — so ordering delivery later is one tap, not a form.

Acceptance criteria

AC1Account shows My Addresses with the saved count; opening it lists the customer's addresses sorted by label A→Z.
AC2An address can only be created by selecting a search result — free-typed addresses cannot be saved.
AC3An address carries apt/suite, label, delivery instructions (an optional memo box, ≤200 chars) and a preferred drop-off.
AC4Exactly one address is the default: setting one clears the other; the first address saved becomes the default automatically.
AC5An address can be edited and deleted; deletion asks for confirmation and removes it from the list (logical delete).
AC6Leaving the form with unsaved edits asks to discard or continue editing.

Flagged — drop-off wording

The reviewed mock offers “Delivery Type: Door Delivery / Curbside Pickup”, but the built contract (AI-36) only has MEET_AT_DOOR and LEAVE_AT_DOOR. These are different things — curbside is a pickup mode, not a courier drop-off.
Drawn here as Meet at door / Leave at door to match the API. If the product intent really is curbside, the enum needs a new value and Uber Direct needs to support it — worth settling before build.

Out of scope

Delivery ordering, discovery and eligibility — an address is saved whether or not anyone can deliver to it. Range is evaluated when a store is chosen (SS-9166).
Checkout and fulfilment; Uber Direct integration.

2026-08-17 · AI-12 — new page. Labels are back: the 2026-07-22 build dropped Home/Work labels and identified addresses by their text; AI-12 restores label as a stored field and sorts the list by it. New: preferred drop-off, the saved count on the Account row, and the discard-changes confirmation.
