② Logged in: your saved addresses appear — pick one, then a clear Start order button → straight to checkout (no extra confirm step).
③ Guest / new address: no saved list — search or Use my current location; a nudge offers Log in for saved addresses.
④ Add details & start: apt/unit, drop-off & free-text instructions (typed directly — no pencil); an in-range check confirms it's serviceable, then Save & start order.
⑤ Checkout: the live Uber quote (fee + ETA) is fetched here; a countdown holds the price and it auto-refreshes to the current fee when it lapses — no manual refresh — then the full price before you pay.

Design notes — griddle

Built from real griddle: merchants/ "Find a location" panel — search pill, dining segmented toggle, loc-card "Order Here", teardrop-pin map, "CLOSEST TO YOU" badge, status pill.
Brand teal is scarce (§ design system 1.8): the active toggle fills brand + white text; selected card = 3px left accent + brightness/shadow, not a border. Prices use the display font.
Griddle has no address book yet (today delivery = third-party links) — the saved-address picker + entry + save screens are new (v1.8), for logged-in users, who pick a saved address then tap a clear Start order button. Guests just enter an address (no saved list); a Log in nudge offers saved addresses. Delivery instructions are free-text, edited in place (no pencil).
The live Uber quote is fetched at checkout, not at address entry — Uber quotes are single-use & last ~15 min (deck p5/p14). So the address step only confirms deliverability inline (removing the old confirm-fee step), and checkout shows the fee under a countdown that auto-refreshes the quote when it lapses — the customer never manually refreshes the price. Dev-confirm: how the pre-checkout ETA is estimated (whether a firm ETA is available before the quote).
Mobile = full-screen / sheet; desktop = list+map two-pane, address = centered modal. Same flow, presentation shell only (§8.8).
