Uber Direct Delivery is only available when Mobile App or Online Order is enabled.

Live mock — switch Online Order off to watch the gate: with neither ordering channel on, Uber Direct Delivery drops to off and can no longer be switched.

User story

As an INFI operator I want to turn the Uber Direct delivery feature on or off for a merchant — so that delivery only appears for merchants who have it enabled.

What the switch actually sets AI-2 · AI-3 · AI-21…23

The row is the merchant sub-service urn:subservice:uberdirectdelivery (title Uber Direct Delivery), returned by GET /merchants/:merchant_id in sub_services[] — AI-2.
Saving it writes through PUT /merchants/:merchant_id/sub-services, which persists UberDirectDeliveryEnabled — AI-3.
That field lives on the Merchant Manager Setting (merchant_manager.merchant_manager_setting.uber_direct_delivery_enabled, non-nullable, existing merchants back-filled false) — AI-21 / AI-22 / AI-23.
Everything downstream reads that one flag: the location config (AI-10), the menu dining option (AI-11 menu) and the customer flow.

Acceptance criteria

AC1Online Order & Mobile App both off → operator opens Services → Delivery toggle is disabled, with a hint that it needs Online Order or Mobile App.
AC2Online Order or Mobile App on, Delivery off → operator switches Delivery on → it can be switched on and the selection is saved.
AC3Delivery on → operator turns off the last prerequisite (both channels now off) → on save, Delivery auto-disables and the off state is saved.

Scope trimmed to the OC toggle only. The old AC3–AC7 (merchant delivery settings, checkout delivery option) move to SS-9163 / SS-9166 as "Given the merchant has Delivery enabled" conditions.

Design notes — real app

It's one more standalone service toggle — a peer of Mobile App / Online Order, not a sub-toggle under either. No dedicated screen; it sits in the existing Merchant detail ▸ Services list. This story sets and saves the on/off flag; what the flag then reveals or hides lives in the downstream stories (SS-9163, SS-9166).
Prerequisite gate (live on this mock): the toggle is only interactive when Online Order OR Mobile App is on. Switch both off and the row renders disabled (nz-switch [nzDisabled]) with the inline hint — the real portal's nz-tooltip on a gated switch. The rule is also printed under the list.
Auto-disable: if Delivery is on and the operator turns off the last remaining channel (both Online Order and Mobile App off), the save cascades Delivery to off too — never leave Delivery on with no channel to surface it.
Authentic operation-portal: Ant Design, primary #1890ff, ng-zorro nz-switch with ON/OFF text — distinct from the merchant indigo.
This is the master per-merchant gate — the per-store delivery on/off is the merchant's own switch (SS-9163).
