Acceptance criteria

AC1Each status change fires one notification: confirmed → courier assigned → picked up → arriving → delivered.
AC2Tapping a notification deep-links to the live tracking screen (SS-9169).
AC3Exceptions notify too: running late (revised ETA) & delivery issue (refund + options).
AC4Delivered → a wrap-up notification invites a rating.
AC5Notifications are concise, branded, and never duplicated per status.

Design notes — griddle

Entirely new for Uber Direct — griddle has no notification system today (only an in-app order notice). These are the customer-facing messages driven by Uber webhook status changes.
One notification per status change (no spam); each is a concise branded line that deep-links to tracking. Delivered adds a rating prompt.
Same copy across channels (push / email / in-app) — colour + emoji signal the state; text carries the meaning (§1.8).
